- A day is defined as a working day – Monday to Friday
- A full day counts on orders placed before 11am (so order received on Tuesday 3pm on 4-day delivery means next Monday.)

UK Standard Delivery Rates (ex VAT)
- Product retails for £14.98 or less: £3.50
- Product retails between £14.99 and £39.98: £4.00
- Product retails for £39.99 or more: £5.00
Exceptions:
- All Books which retail for £39.00 or less: £3.50
- All Gift Vouchers, regardless of price: £3.50
- Original newspapers, regardless of price: £5.00
Products are usually dispatched RM48.
For our RM24 service add £0.50 to each of the above
For our Tracked RM48 service add £1.00 to each of the above
UK Urgent Deliveries (signed for)
- This is charged at an additional £2.50 per order, per company (e.g. Product retails for £14.98 or less is £3.50 postage + £2.50 for urgent = £6.00 total for delivery. If an order is placed for an SPG product retailing under £14.99 and a Signature Gifts book retailing for under £39 you would pay 2 x £3.50 for the items, plus 2 x £2.50 for the urgent shipping = £12 total).
- Sent 24 hour next day service and reduces above dispatch lead times by 1 day (ie if 2-3 days = 1-2 days)
- Urgent delivery NOT available for deliveries to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
Delivery Notes
- Gift Personalised currently dispatches from 3 factories – so a single order of multiple items may be dispatched separately.
- P&P charged per ORDER but the order lines must be placed together at the same time, using the same order reference, going to the same address.
- P&P FREE on bulk orders of 20 or more products (mixed) delivered on one order to one UK address. (charge will be applied per item but call to claim discount)
- P&P on all books and newspaper gifts are zero VAT rate
- Delivery to Non-UK Mainland addresses including Northern Ireland and the Highlands may take an extra 1-2 days.
- We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses if your order is via our urgent service
Standard – International Delivery (Royal Mail) (non-tracked and non-signed for)
EU (+ Andorra, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland & Vatican City)
- £7.50 for any product which retails for less than £39.99
- £14.00 for any product which retails for £39.99 or more
Note – no alcohol is shipped to the EU

We recommend that deliveries be sent via our Urgent – International Service (tracked and signed for). *Please note that we are unable to send alcohol to countries outside of the EU.
ROW – Standard delivery (non tracked)
- £14.00 for any product which retails for less than £39.99.
- £18.00 for any product which retails for £39.99 or more
(Delivery lead time from dispatch 1-2 days for N America and 3-5 days ROW.)
Urgent Delivery ROW
- £36 for any product
Please note – Delivery times are subject to customs, which are beyond our control. We also cannot deliver to PO box addresses, if your order is via our urgent courier service.
Delivery Terms & Details
How Deliveries Are Made & To Where
Gifts Personalised will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like Gifts Personalised to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
Heavier items such as the newspaper books are normally sent via a ‘sign-for’ service and urgent deliveries are always ‘sign-for’ service.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes if your delivery is via our courier service (all UK urgent and International).
Delivery Lead Times
Order to delivery is dependent on the item chosen. For delivery lead times on specific items chosen, please check on the “Delivery” details on the relevant product page. At peak times, such as Christmas, deliveries may take a day or two longer. For UK orders (only), there is an Express Delivery option. This option prioritises your order to the top of the queue, and is despatched using overnight courier service.
Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event you do not receive Products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them; Gifts Personalised shall have no liability to you unless you notify Gifts Personalised by email at hello@gifts-personalised.com of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to delivery, you will become the owner of the Products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Gifts Personalised will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
Alcohol Delivery
Please be aware that any alcoholic products cannot be shipped to countries outside of the EU.
